    So I had been looking into buying a house for my family and I got a good two years. Tried may of 2019 with a different realtor and quite a few different Lon people. Well, it didn’t work out a year and half ago but I saw my friend had bought a house and I explained to her my issues last time. She explained she had the agent and team for me (which was Matt). I was working in sales at the time, so I know how to hustle, so I reached out to Matt through a referral in May 2020. Explained to him I was sick of the games with other brokers/agents and needed someone who was a hard worker and a hustler to make the dream for my family a reality. After getting off the phone with my I tried his loan people connect, the guy I dealt with was amazing, he explained to me how to get my credit well into the 700’s. Within two- or three-weeks credit was way past a 700 and we were looking at houses. Well with Matt’s suggestion on property number to and where to look we were prequalified and we legit put the down payment that night. He was very communicative for the whole 7months. Answered all questions and dealt with the builder's loan people and salesperson when there was hiccups. Basically, long story short without Matt none of this would have happened. IF YOU WANT A PERSON THAT IS IN YOUR CORNER! Matt and his team are the people to reach out to!!!!!! My plan is to start investing. So, Matt and I will be working together in the very near future!! Couldn’t have done It without him, seriously don’t be silly and go with anyone else!!!!
